Deburring and abrasive blasting

Deburred metal parts

Manual deburring is the most common finishing step for metal parts. It removes the burrs, points and excess material left by stamping, machining, casting and similar processes, and rounds off sharp edges. The abrasive media used also clean and even out the surface of the part.

Blasting prepares the surface for painting: it strips scale, rust and residue that would stop the coating from bonding. We blast with current equipment, so the paint that goes on afterwards grips properly and lasts.
