Industrial electrostatic painting

powder coating and liquid paint

Mission

Take coating and finishing work off our clients' production lines: powder coating, liquid paint and deburring, run on proper equipment with a clear process.

Vision

To be the shop manufacturers call first when parts need a finish that lasts.

Values

Understand what each part needs, deliver it on the agreed date and to the agreed standard, and deal honestly with everyone we work with.

Powder coating lets the part flex without cracking the finish. A dry powder is sprayed with an electric charge opposite to the part's, so it clings evenly to every face.

Blasting prepares the surface for painting, stripping scale, rust and residue that would stop the coating from bonding.

Deburred metal parts

Manual deburring removes the burrs, points and excess material left on stamped, machined and cast parts, and rounds off sharp edges before the part moves on.
